Production of multilayer optical coatings. LLC Photoptic began its work in 1989 with the production of optical coatings for photo and film equipment. Today we produce a wide range of filters and mirrors for science, technology, medicine and production. The main areas of application of our products are avionics, night vision, laser and television technology, luminescent analysis, medicine, astrophysics, etc. One of the main directions of our activity is the adaptation of aircraft in-cockpit illumination units, annunciators and LCD displays to night vision devices, as well as front heating and EMI protection of special-purpose LCD displays. The company has about 26 employees, the vast majority of whom are technologists and highly skilled workers. Three employees of the enterprise have a PhD. Long-term contracts. We offer our services in the manufacture of filters, mirrors and lighting products for production and scientific research, including according to individual specifications. We are ready to meet your optical requirements on a regular long-term basis. Production of experimental products and serial batches is carried out as soon as possible and at reasonable prices. Our production is based on the unique Balzers 1400 vacuum unit, which allows you to work with parts with a diameter of up to 500 mm. The process is completely controlled by the central computer. The equipment allows in one process cycle to deposit coatings of 40 or more layers with the possibility of evaporation of up to five different materials. This enables the manufacture of virtually any interference filters and mirrors for the 200-1500 nm region. Precision calculation of optical coatings is carried out on modern software systems such as TFCalc and OptiLayer.
